I entered the wrong password too many times and am shut out of my account. What should I do? Printable View Return to List
If you enter your password incorrectly too many times, you will automatically be presented with the Reset Password tool which you can use to reset your password. You (the account owner) may also use the Reset Password tool to reset a secondary user password if the secondary account user forgets the password or if the user ID is revoked.
